TORQ Nutrition Full Review. Like a lot of things when it comes to running, our nutrition is super personal and what works for me might not work as well for you. I’ve found over the many years of running that you have to try lots of different brands and lots of different food groups to find out what works best for you, especially if you’re running a long way. I’ve actually used some of the TORQ nutrition products in the past and had a lot of success with their energy gels, whether it’d be taking on a road marathon or a challenging trail ultra. So when TORQ contacted the channel and asked if we’d like to test out some of their new products, I jumped at the chance and here’s my thoughts on how they’ve performed over the last few months.

Really hope you enjoy the video, thanks for watching, we’ll see you in the next video and as always – stay safe and keep on running!
